Mission
When Circle K needed to build a completely new loyalty portal to improve the experience for its customers, HiQ was given responsibility for project management, development and testing. The requirement was to create a modern, flexible and scalable solution that would complement the new mobile application.
Solution
Circle K, with its more than 2,000 fuel stations in Europe, is constantly developing its customer offering with innovation from its global operations in combination with what customers demand locally. A crucial factor in succeeding in creating an active customer dialogue with all of its important customers is to use the opportunities that digitalisation brings. HiQ has been responsible for project management, development and testing, in close collaboration with Circle K.
The solution is based on modern technology and the loyalty program is available to consumers both via the web and as a mobile app for both Android and iOS.
The platform was launched in the autumn of 2017 in Norway, Denmark and Sweden. Since then, it has also been launched in Estonia, Latvia, Poland and Lithuania.
