At HiQ, we love events – everything from summer parties and Christmas celebrations to consultant evenings, spontaneous after works, and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients and consultants alike.
When we’re not working, there are plenty of groups and activities to join – if you want to. For example, we’ve got Stitch’n Bitch, a board game club, a wine tasting club, and a book club…Can’t find what you’re looking for? No worries – you can start your own! We love double-nerdery!
At HiQ, we have a mix of conferences. We usually arrange conferences within our consultant groups, as well as a larger autumn conference where the entire HiQ Ace team heads off on an adventure – a chance to connect, grow, and combine business with pleasure.

HiQ Ace has offices in both Linköping and Norrköping, forming a strong team in the Östergötland region. While Linköping offers a growing tech scene with many global players and startups, Norrköping stands out with a strong presence of government agencies. Here, our consultants work on projects that support vital public services – from digital transformation to icebreaker systems. This gives us a unique range of assignments, from cutting-edge technology to solutions that make a real impact on society.

We kick off the process with a short phone interview with one of our recruiters.
After that, you’re welcome to two interviews where you’ll meet your future managers and colleagues.
If everything feels right for both parties, we’ll send you an offer – and once it’s signed, the job is yours!
