You’ll find our offices right in the heart of Malmö, Helsingborg and Karlskrona – all close to trains, buses, and the buzz of city life. Assignments with variety and edge

As a consultant with us, you’ll get to work with exciting clients in areas like medtech, finance, telecom, energy, logistics, automotive, and retail – just to name a few. Always with a focus on innovation and technology that makes a real impact.

You can work independently on your own assignments, in tight-knit teams with other HiQ:ers, or as part of larger project commitments. Many of our consultants are involved in backend, embedded, or fullstack development – but we also have architects, project managers, product developers, and specialists in AI and cybersecurity.

Competence Groups

HiQ’s competence groups are run by our consultants – both regionally and across all of HiQ – to share knowledge and grow our skills together. We love to inspire, encourage, and learn from each other, whether you’re new to the job or a seasoned pro. One day someone might be building an app to capture music ideas, and the next we’re picking up new programming languages over an after work.

Events

At HiQ, we love events – from summer parties, holiday celebrations, and consultant evenings to Hattballao, “Best in Test,” and family days. It’s all about adding some extra fun to everyday life and spending real time together. We also host knowledge-sharing events now and then, open to both consultants and clients. And this year, we’re planning a yearly South conference where all our sites come together.

Clubs

Outside of work, there’s a whole bunch of activities to jump into – board game club, knitting club, wine tasting, book club, or maybe a padel match or two. And if you don’t find what you’re looking for? No problem – start your own! We love double geekery – when passions collide, whether it’s about code or croquet.

Our Recruitment Process

Application

Apply for an open position or submit a spontaneous application. Attach your CV and contact details, and we’ll be in touch.

Talk to a recruiter

We start with a phone call or Teams meeting to get to know each other and see if there’s a good match.

03.

Interviews

You’ll meet one or more people at HiQ, such as a consulting manager or future colleagues. The focus is on dialogue and mutual fit. Some roles may include a technical test.

04.

References & Background Check

We contact references and, if required, conduct a background check – always with your consent.

05.

Offer

If it feels right for both sides, we’ll send you an offer and hope to welcome you to HiQ.
