HiQ's Hall of Tech Fame

Where Problems Meet Their Match!

Here at HiQ, we don’t just talk the talk – we walk the walk, sprint the sprint, and occasionally just jump over seemingly impossible obstacles. Our case studies are the highlight reel of our greatest hits, showing how we’ve turned “Uh-oh” into “Wow!” for clients across industries.

Our latest Cases

From uncontrolled embedded AI – to governed and monitored operations

When a global white goods company started embedding AI in its products, the customer experience took off. But beneath the surface there was a problem: no one could see when the models started to lose precision in real-world use. With HiQ as a partner, the customer established an operational layer for AI operations (MLOps), with structured processes and tools for model monitoring, where model behaviour in production is continuously tracked and deviations are caught early, long before they impact revenue or customer experience.

AI precision in brain surgery that frees up hours for clinical experts

How do you free up time in some of healthcare’s most advanced workflows, without compromising on accuracy? Together with one of Europe’s leading university hospitals, HiQ has developed and evaluated AI models that automatically segment brain tumours in MRI images. The ambition: less repetitive manual work, more focus on analysis, treatment and research.

AI that turns quality control from bottleneck to booster

As service contracts grow thicker every year, quality control easily becomes the narrowest part of the pipeline – especially for a company like Dafo Brand, delivering complete fire safety solutions with both advanced systems and ongoing service. Together we have built an AI driven solution that scans service reports against contracts, highlights deviations – and gives the QA team decision support in seconds instead of hours.

When AI Becomes Reality: From Need to Working Prototype in Weeks – Together with World Childhood Foundation

How can AI become a practical and trusted support in everyday work — without large upfront investments, lengthy feasibility studies or locking into a finished solution? On behalf of World Childhood Foundation, HiQ carried out a Proof of Value project with a clear goal: to explore how the organisation could further develop its data-driven way of working by making better use of the information that already exists. With the help of AI, we examined how existing documentation could be used in new, more accessible ways to support analysis, decision-making and daily work. The focus was not on technology for technology’s sake, but on a step-by-step, safe and learning-oriented approach where the organisation’s needs and decision processes were at the centre. The result was both a functioning prototype — and a solid basis for decisions about the next phase of Childhood’s AI journey.
