You’ll find our offices right in the heart of Malmö, Helsingborg, Lund, and Karlskrona – all close to trains, buses, and the buzz of city life. No matter which location you work from, you’ll be greeted by a warm, friendly, and inclusive culture where knowledge sharing is key. Around here, it’s just as common to dive into a deep lunch discussion on system architecture as it is to join a HiQ Run with your colleagues.

Assignments with variety and edge

As a consultant with us, you’ll get to work with exciting clients in areas like medtech, finance, telecom, energy, logistics, automotive, and retail – just to name a few. Always with a focus on innovation and technology that makes a real impact.

You can work independently on your own assignments, in tight-knit teams with other HiQ:ers, or as part of larger project commitments. Many of our consultants are involved in backend, embedded, or fullstack development – but we also have architects, project managers, product developers, and specialists in AI and cybersecurity.
