Automation Engineer with 4 years of experience. She has worked with automation, electrical systems, and system administration, and also has a background as a programmer and electrical designer. Maria studied Automation and Robotics Engineering at Hermods Vocational School and is passionate about creating smart and reliable systems.
What attracted you to HiQ, and what makes you enjoy working here today?
I joined HiQ because it’s such an incredibly friendly workplace where everyone is inclusive and cheerful. The atmosphere is open, and there are many exciting assignments. I feel well taken care of, really enjoy working here, and look forward to many more years as a consultant at HiQ.
Can you tell us about an assignment through HiQ that has been particularly educational or exciting?
Right now, I’m working on an exciting assignment where I’m helping to drive automation in a major growth project.
How would you describe the team spirit and culture here?
The team spirit at HiQ is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. We’re all part of the team, and those who have been around longer are fantastic at making new colleagues feel welcome.
What inspires you most in your work right now?
I’m motivated by being part of exciting and challenging projects where I get to learn new things or face new situations.
