What attracted you to HiQ, and what makes you enjoy working here today?
What drew me to HiQ was the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and challenges, while being able to grow professionally and contribute my knowledge to clients. What has made me stay is the positive work environment, the engaged colleagues, and the managers at HiQ 😊
Can you tell us about an assignment through HiQ that has been particularly educational or exciting?
One of the most educational assignments I’ve had through HiQ was at ABB Robotics. It started as a DevOps assignment but later grew to include work with the software supply chain and eventually also the role of Scrum Master.
How would you describe the team spirit and culture here?
I would describe the team spirit and culture here as inclusive and open, even when we’re working on assignments at different client sites. It’s an environment that welcomes different ideas and perspectives. My experience is that people always support each other – and have fun along the way 😊
What inspires you most in your work right now?
The people I work with inspire me the most right now. I find it exciting to learn from colleagues and the experiences they bring! Everyone has different perspectives on how things have been done, should be done, or could be done – and if you stay open-minded, all of that becomes a goldmine of insights.
I also recently started a new assignment at ABB Ports. It feels inspiring to be able to switch assignments as a consultant, while still having HiQ as my home base. Continuously gaining new knowledge and collecting new experiences is motivating – it creates opportunities to take on new challenges and keep developing!
Share something about yourself that your colleagues might not know!
I like challenges, so every year I try to do something I’ve never done before! This year I planted dahlia tubers (pompom and dinnerplate varieties). Most of them have started blooming now, so I’ve been able to put together small arrangements for my home 😃 Let’s see what I try next…
