HiQ signs IT security framework agreement with Kammarkollegiet
HiQ enters into a framework agreement with the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet) to provide consultancy services in IT security and projects. The framework agreement covers one of five areas in which the agency procures IT consultancy services. HiQ submitted successful tenders in four of the five areas in the procurement process. “Great that we are entering into this framework agreement with the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency! IT and cybersecurity are increasingly important growth areas within digitization. HiQ has a wealth of expertise and experience in this field, and I am proud that we can use this to benefit the continued development of the public sector in Sweden,” says Samuel Skott, CEO of HiQ.
The framework agreement with the National Procurement Services at the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency covers the provision of resource consulting services in IT security and projects. The task of the National Procurement Services is to efficiently procure and provide coordinated framework agreements for goods and services that government agencies regularly procure on a large scale or of high value. As procurement is coordinated nationally, the signing of the framework agreement means that HiQ will be able to deliver to a large proportion of Sweden’s central government agencies.
The new IT security framework agreement is an essential element of HiQ’s investment in cybersecurity. The major threats facing our digital systems in an increasingly digitized world are undeniable. HiQ is therefore building a comprehensive cybersecurity division to assist existing and new customers in dealing with the threat scenarios they face in the cyber landscape. With the objective to make society, businesses, and organizations more dynamic in meeting the cyber threat, thereby making their continued digitization journey more secure. The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency has entered into the framework agreement with HiQ and several other stakeholders in the field.
The agreement extends to 09.03.2024 with an option to extend to 09.03.2026.
