HiQ and ToFindOut Announce New Partnership in Personnel Security
HiQ and ToFindOut have entered into a strategic partnership to meet the growing demand for comprehensive personnel security services. The partnership combines ToFindOut’s background screening services with the specialist expertise of HiQ’s National Security consultancy unit.
The new partnership enables HiQ to offer clients broader support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes everything from pre-employment background checks to security vetting, security interviews, advisory services and long-term measures to prevent insider-related risks.
– The current security landscape and increasing regulatory requirements mean that more organisations need to take a more structured approach to personnel security. Through our partnership with ToFindOut, we are strengthening our offering and can support clients with both preventative measures and operational security needs,” says Anders Spalding, Head of National Security at HiQ.
National Security is a specialist unit within HiQ that helps organisations understand, prevent and manage risks relating to people, information and sensitive operations. Its services include protective security, personnel security, security vetting, security vetting interviews, insider risk management, specialist interviews, training and scenario-based exercises.
Anders Spalding was appointed Head of HiQ’s National Security unit in August. He previously served as an intelligence officer in the Swedish Armed Forces and has extensive experience in intelligence operations, military security, protective security and personnel security.
