Hamina Energy chose HiQ’s integration platform Frends to bring efficiency to its operations. Frends is a modern hybrid integration platform that can handle integration needs from file transfers to hyperautomation and API management. Hamina Energy uses many business-critical internal and external information systems that already have multiple integrations between them. Managing the whole digital operating environment requires a reliable, fast and easy-to-manage integration platform. And the goal set by the company was to find a modern integration platform that would be easy to use and achieve clear cost savings.

Hamina Energy has implemented several integrations by using Frends solution. As a low-code platform, Frends enables development without third parties, thus expediting it and also saving costs.

Trisall AB has informed the Company about the following proposal to be presented at the Extraordinary General Meeting of HiQ International AB to be held on Friday 30 October 2020 at 10.00 a.m. at Roschier Advokatbyrå at Brunkebergstorg 2 in Stockholm:

Election of Chairman of the Meeting (item 1)
Trisall AB proposes that Ola Sandersson is elected as Chairman of the Meeting.

Resolution regarding the number of members of the Board and deputy members of the Board Directors (item 6)
Trisall AB proposes that the Board, for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, shall consist of three Board members without any deputy members.

Resolution regarding fees for the Board of Directors (item 7)
Trisall AB proposes that fees to the Board of Directors shall be paid according to the same principles as resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 30 March 2020, which include, among other, that the annual fee for each of the Board members should amount to SEK 275,000. The proposal also includes that no fees shall be paid to Board members that are not independent in relation to Triton.

Election of members and deputy members of the Board of Directors (item 8)
Trisall AB proposes election of Thomas Hofvenstam, Magnus Meyer and Ulrich Witt as members of the Board and that Thomas Hofvenstam is elected Chairman of the Board.

Åsa Melvanius will be the new Managing Director of HiQ Skåne, where she will continue to build on HiQ’s successful operations in the Öresund region. “I’m very happy to welcome Åsa to our team in Skåne. She has an impressive track record and plenty of drive. Together with our fantastic consultants, sales reps, leaders and forward-thinking clients, she will help our business grow stronger in the region,” said Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.

Åsa Melvanius will take over as MD of HiQ’s subsidiary HiQ Skåne starting 10 January 2021, replacing Magnus Gudéhn, who has had the role of acting MD since August. Åsa is well-known in the fields of IT, technology and digitalisation in Sweden. As the new MD for HiQ Skåne she will lead development of the consulting company’s operations in the Öresund region.

Åsa has a solid background in the IT consulting industry and has been responsible for building and expanding operations in digital services, design and user-oriented IT solutions. Her most recent job was as digitalisation manager and CIO of Lund Municipality and before that she had a long career at consulting company Capgemini. Åsa is also a finalist for the prestigious CIO of the Year 2020 award.

“I’m very proud and happy to be able to continue developing such a strong and successful company as HiQ Skåne. Getting to work with this competent, creative, ambitious team on creating fantastic digital services and solutions for clients in the region will be great,” says Åsa Melvanius.

Lannebo Fonder, Mawer Investment Management and Swedbank Robur Fonder have accepted Trisall AB’s (”Trisall”) public bid on HiQ International AB (”HiQ”) and are thereby no longer owners in HiQ. As a result of that they have together with the Chairman of the Board Gunnel Duveblad all decided to resign from the Nomination Committee of HiQ.

By request of Trisall, HiQ’s Board of Directors has also invited to an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 30 October 2020. Trisall has informed HiQ that Trisall will present a proposal of new Board members in HiQ on 20 October 2020, the latest.
