HiQ wins assignment to develop and administrate the new website for the Swedish Data Protection Authority. “We are so glad to get this assignment that will contribute to a higher service level for the Data Protection Authority’s target groups. After a call-off order of Kammarkollegiet’s framework agreement for the provision of information, the Swedish Data Protection Authority has granted HiQ the assignment for maintenance and development of its website. HiQ’s experienced consultants and wide expertise from similar assignments were mentioned when the assignment was awarded, together with reference assignments that reflect good availability and an appealing structure and design.

The Swedish Data Protection Authority is one of many authorities who have turned to HiQ for help with development of their websites. HiQ has worked with several authorities, municipalities and public administrations, and has significant experience in building accessible, easily navigable websites for the public sector.

“We have worked with several public websites, so we have become experts more or less on websites for the public sector. And our experience in information-dense websites with high requirements on accessibility is an important asset in this assignment,” says Anders Nilsson, Managing Director of HiQ Mälardalen.

The Swedish Data Protection Authority is changing its name to the Swedish Authority for Integrity Protection on 1 January 2021.

HiQ has been chosen to partner with a world-leading industry group for maintenance and continued development the company’s global intranet. The intranet is used by more than 10,000 employees in multiple languages, and is one of the company’s primary communication channels. “It is an honour and a lot of fun to be chosen as a partner to a global player to develop their intranet. Our efficient, scalable model using local teams and efficient development in our nearshore offices in Russia and Poland make us an attractive partner,” says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.

The intranet solution is built in Azure as a single-page-react.js-application. HiQ will deliver a DevOps team that harnesses the design, architecture and leadership from HiQ’s offices in Skåne, and provides most of the development from HiQ’s nearshore office in Moscow.

HiQ and the Swedish Public Employment Service has signed a framework agreement for IT services in the area of customer experience in digital channels. “I’m so glad that we won this deal. And it’s extra special that our expertise in digitalization will help the important public role of the Swedish Public Employment Service,” says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.

The Swedish Public Employment Service is making improvements to its services, including a significant extension of its digital service offerings for clients. The goal of digitalisation is to simplify the client experience, improve operational efficiency and make it easier for external participants to stimulate the labor market.

The new framework agreement covers services and consulting support within web analysis in order to investigate client behaviour with the aim of improving the customer experience over digital channels. The agreement is valid for two years with the possibility of a two-year extension.
