When turkey producer Ingelsta Kalkon chose the marketing platform APSIS One to automate its digital communication, HiQ was the natural choice to integrate the platform. HiQ will develop and administrate the APSIS One integrations using its own Frends integration platform. “This is a very exciting collaboration in which APSIS and HiQ tie their offers together to create a simple yet valuable solution for our mutual client Ingelsta Kalkon,” says Peter Sognefur, Sales Manager at HiQ Skåne.
Ingelsta Kalkon, which is part of the Blenta Group with its other well-known brands, is one client that chose to use Frends to integrate with APSIS One. In this project, HiQ, APSIS and Ingelsta Kalkon will work closely together to automate digital marketing communication between Ingelsta Kalkon’s internal systems and APSIS One.
“HiQ has shown that they can quickly and easily develop cloud-based integrations with APSIS One and its API. That HiQ and APSIS already have a good working relationship also convinced us and was decisive in our choice of supplier,” says Johanna Nilsson at Ingelsta Kalkon.
“Integration is crucial to our clients being able to easily get a general picture of their customer data and to personalise their communication. Our partnership with HiQ and their Frends platform are very important and help us simplify and automate the creation of these integrations,” says Timo Sepp, Sales Team Manager at APSIS and responsible for partner collaborations.
HiQ continues to gain ground with Frends, and the number of clients using it is growing steadily in Sweden. Frends is an integration platform that is developed, operated and marketed by HiQ. The software is a subscription service known as an enterprise integration platform as a service (eiPaaS). Together with the integration consulting services that HiQ offers, Frends has become an important component of HiQ’s service portfolio for digitalisation and IT architecture.
“Frends offers fantastic possibilities that support the entire DevOps process. Due to Frends’ scalable architecture, we can now help our clients with automation, RPA, ML and ETL processes. Frends is a modern platform that can be customised to the client’s specific needs,” says Peter Sognefur at HiQ.

HiQ is one of the winners in the Public Health Agency’s procurement of IT consulting services and has signed a framework agreement for a one-year collaboration with the possibility of extension. “Winning this contract is really great and it’s extra gratifying that our expertise in digitalisation will be of use to such a central authority as the Public Health Agency. We have all become aware of the crucial work they do and we look forward to helping them continue to progress and improve things for the population,” says Sven Ivar Mørch, CEO and President of HiQ.
HiQ has many years of experience in all the relevant areas and is used to working with extensive and challenging IT projects. In the public sector, HiQ has helped many agencies streamline and modernise their operations. The framework agreement covers IT consulting services in two areas. The first is systems development and administration, which includes development in Java, .NET, web development, mobile development, user experience design (UX), requirements engineering and test analysis. The other area is delivery management, which includes administrative management, project management and task management.
“This is at the core of HiQ’s expertise and the framework agreement with the Public Health Agency means that we will need to hire more developers, both junior and senior. Our motivation is to simplify and improve people’s lives and we are always looking for others who would like to help us do that. We’ve worked with digitalisation of the public sector for many years and look forward to continuing to contribute to this exciting segment going forward,” says Helena Forsmark, Managing Director of HiQ in Stockholm.

HiQ International today announces that Sven Ivar Mørch will be the new Chief Executive Officer and President of HiQ. Sven Ivar Mørch will from 1 December replace Lars Stugemo who leaves the position after 25 successful years in the company, the last 20 of them as its CEO and President. “It’s really exciting to be a part of HiQ and I have since long been deeply impressed by the company’s competence and culture. In short – we are the rock stars of the Nordic consultancy market, and I’m honored having been given the opportunity to take over as CEO and to lead HiQ in the next stage of the company”, says Sven Ivar Mørch.
Sven Ivar Mørch is an IT entrepreneur and has an extensive background of leading and developing consultancy businesses. He is the former head of operations in Norway and the deputy CEO of the consultancy company Acando and comes from along background within the tech and IT segment in Norway. Sven Ivar is a Norwegian citizen and lives outside of Oslo, is born in 1967 and has a master’s degree in Business.
“With Sven Ivar Mørch as the new CEO and President HiQ will gain a leader with great knowledge of the market and passion for tech. I am very impressed by the work that the entire team under the leadership of Lars Stugemo has accomplished. Lars’ commitment to the company and its clients has contributed to bestow HiQ with a market-leading position, and I have strong confidence in Sven Ivar’s ability to further develop the successful position that HiQ has established over the past 25 years”, says Thomas Hofvenstam, Director of the Board of HiQ.
Sven Ivar takes over as CEO and President on 1 December this year. Lars Stugemo which has held the position since 2001, leaves his operational role to take on an advisory role to the company’s management and board.
“I am extremely proud, on the verge of boastful, of having had the privilege of developing HiQ from a handful of people in 1995 into today’s 1,500 employees in the Nordic countries, in Poland and Russia. And that we, as a listed company, delivered 85 quarters out of 86 with very good profitability. Now as HiQ enters the next exciting stage, with Triton as a new owner, it feels as a natural step to hand over the helm. Now I look forward to support Sven Ivar and HiQ, but as an advisor instead of CEO. Full speed forward HiQ!”, says Lars Stugemo.
